Set Up Roadrunner Email on Outlook

1. Open Outlook
2. Click File
3. Select Add Account
4. Enter your Roadrunner email (
   yourname@rr.com)
5. Click Advanced Options → check “Let me set up my account manually”
6. Choose IMAP
7. Enter these settings:
   • Incoming mail server: mail.twc.com
   • Port: 993
   • Encryption: SSL
   • Outgoing mail server: mail.twc.com
   • Port: 587
   • Encryption: TLS
8. Enter your email password
9. Click Connect
10. Done 

Set Up Roadrunner Email on Gmail

1. Open Gmail
2. Click Settings (⚙️)
3. Select See all settings
4. Go to Accounts and Import
5. Click Add a mail account
6. Enter your Roadrunner email
7. Choose Import emails from my other account (POP3)
8. Enter these details:
   • Username: your full email
   • Password: your email password
   • POP Server: mail.twc.com
   • Port: 995
   • Check “Always use a secure connection (SSL)”
9. Click Add Account
10. Choose Yes (send mail as well)
11. Enter SMTP settings:

• SMTP Server: mail.twc.com
• Port: 587
• Security: TLS

12. Confirm with verification code
13. Done
